Pokemon 2017 Ash Hat Pikachu (10 Million Volt Pose) TakaraTomy Moncolle EX EZW plastic figure (About double the size of the normal Tomy figures). This figure was sold at the Pokemon Centers and a few toy stores in Japan, starting in November, 2017. It is part of the new Takara Tomy Pokemon Moncolle EX Monster Collection EZW series. The figure is bigger than the standard size Tomy figures. Made of plastic.
