This assembly kit creates a centipede robot with highly realistic slithering motion. A central gearbox with an integrated motor provides power to the individual body sections and head via universal joints that allow freedom of vertical and lateral motion. Changing the number of body sections used and attachment direction of the legs alters the robot’s motion, and the legs can even be removed. The kit includes everything needed for easy snap-fit/screw-together assembly. Will be approximately 40cm long and 9.2cm wide when assembled; requires 2 AAA-size batteries, not included.
